General information
Check-in: You can check into your apartment from 3 pm on the day of arrival. Please let us know in case of delayed arrival.
Check-out : On your day of departure, please check out of the apartment by 9 am.
Overnight accommodation tax: an additional € 2.30 per person
Infrastructure tax: an additional € 2.30 per person per night
Final cleaning: : an additional € 60.00 to € 280.00 (fixed price), depending on apartment type
Pets: are not allowed, we appreciate your understanding
Accessibility: our house is not disabled-accessible.
Wellness areas: are available to our guests free of charge
Booking/reservation - deposit: Your deposit can be made by creditcard, instant bank transfer or PAYPAL. If an booking, where the deposit is made by instant bank transfer or PAYPAL, is cancelled, a fee is charged.
Payment methods: you can pay your bill in cash or by EC card (debit card) or credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Unionpay)
DAILY free admission to the Wasserwelt Wagrain water park (don’t forget your own towels)
E-charging station: charging station for electric cars is available in the underground car park

FIX Booking: By choosing Fix Booking no other discounts/specials (f.e. ski tickets) can be given.
Bed linen, hand and bath towels, tea towels, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets and toilet paper are provided.

Within 42 days before arrival and no-show, we charge 90% of the booking price.
